Senior Performance Marketer

We’re Hiring: Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Cairo – Dokki (On-site)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Setup: Saturday (Work from Home) + Sunday–Thursday (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation Package:

EGP 15,000 – 20,000 Basic + Commission (Performance-Based)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Analytics (advanced degree is a plus)
4–6 years of experience in Performance/Growth Marketing or Media Buying
Strong hands-on experience in paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads – mandatory)
Solid background in marketing strategy and campaign planning
Strong analytical and market research skills
Experience in lead generation and working closely with sales teams
Experience in the education/training field is a plus
Experience in the GCC market, especially Saudi Arabia, is a plus
Excellent communication and reporting skills

What You’ll Do:

Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives
Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition journeys across digital channels
Develop monthly and quarterly growth plans covering budgets, channels, funnels, and KPIs
Forecast performance using historical data and growth targets
Lead structured testing across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages
Manage and scale paid campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
Optimize bidding, targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies
Track, analyze, and improve conversions and overall funnel performance
Build dashboards and deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights
Set up and manage GA4, pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution tools
Improve lead quality and collaborate closely with sales & CRM teams
Work with content and design teams to enhance creatives and messaging
Mentor junior team members and contribute new growth ideas
