Role Overview

• Lead and manage performance marketing initiatives to drive measurable business results
• Handle multiple client accounts while ensuring high ROI and campaign efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
• Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and conversions
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards
• Implement A/B testing for ads, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
• Track and improve KPIs including CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and client servicing teams for integrated campaign execution
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to internal teams and clients
• Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within a digital agency environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and audience targeting
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and large budgets simultaneously
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
