Overview of the role
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2C/SaaS user acquisition, a proven track record of launching consumer products from scratch, and the ability to work autonomously in building growth loops and GTM strategies that scale.
Expectations from the role

Define and implement end-to-end B2C/SaaS growth strategies for ventures from 0 → 1, including positioning, audience segmentation, and viral mechanics

Build comprehensive GTM playbooks covering customer personas, messaging frameworks, pricing/monetization strategy, channel mix, and conversion funnel design

Design, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across B2C channels including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Own the entire customer lifecycle from awareness and acquisition through activation, engagement, retention, and monetization

Conduct hands-on execution of full-stack consumer marketing including performance ads, content marketing, SEO/AEO, influencer partnerships, and lifecycle/CRM

Design and run rapid growth experiments (landing pages, ad creative tests, viral loops, referral programs, conversion funnels) to validate hypotheses

Develop and monitor CAC/LTV models, cohort retention analysis, unit economics, and budget allocation frameworks for sustainable growth

Build and optimize viral/social mechanisms to drive organic growth and reduce customer acquisition costs

Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create compelling campaigns and optimize in-product growth levers

Build and manage relationships with external agencies, creators, freelancers, and vendors to scale execution

Establish reporting dashboards and provide regular updates to venture founders and studio leadership

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform strategy and positioning
Qualifications and Requirements

5-7 years of experience in B2C/SaaS performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing, with proven experience launching products from 0 to 1

Track record of building and scaling consumer or SaaS marketing engines in tech or startup environments

Deep understanding of consumer psychology, viral mechanics, and product-led growth strategies

Extensive hands-on experience with B2C marketing platforms including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and lifecycle marketing tools

Experience working directly with founders or in venture building/studio environments is highly preferred

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
