Job Overview

Zynex Vision is seeking a high-caliber Senior Performance Marketing Expert with a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in scaling international e-commerce brands. This is not a role for a generalist; we need a conversion-focused specialist who understands the synergy between organic growth (SEO) and aggressive paid acquisition (Google & Meta Ads).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end strategy for SEO, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, P-Max), and Meta Ads.
• Conversion Focus: Optimize full-funnel performance with a strict focus on ROAS, CPA, and ROI.
• Technical SEO: Perform deep technical audits, competitor analysis, and advanced keyword mapping to dominate international markets.
• Paid Media Scaling: Manage and scale high-budget campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Data Analysis: Use GA4, Google Search Console, and heatmaps to identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel.
• Reporting: Present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights for the management team.

Requirements (Must Have)

• 3+ Years of Experience: Direct, hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Agency or Brand-side).
• E-commerce Expertise: Proven track record of scaling Shopify stores in international markets (USA/UK/UAE).
• Technical Proficiency: Expert level in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot tracking issues (Pixels, GTM, CAPI).
• Portfolio: Candidates must provide case studies or proof of performance showing accounts they have successfully scaled.
