To be considered for this position, you must:

• Provide great customer service
• Monitor all channels of communication
• Handle approximately 100-150 cases in pre-litigation; including but not limited to:

Maintaining consistent communication with clients

Contacting insurance companies

Opening claims

Gathering police reports, photos, & evidence

Clearing Liability

Resolving property damage claims

Facilitating rentals

Requesting medical records

Summarizing medical bills

Supporting in the preparation of demands

• Work Full-time
• Be work fully in office
• Be punctual
• Poses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be detail-oriented
• Have a minimum of 3 year experience as a personal injury case manager
