Key Responsibilities
● Manage a heavy litigation docket, specializing in complex personal injury cases.
● Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials as lead counsel.
● Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs.
● Develop case strategies and oversee matters from intake through resolution.
● Collaborate closely with paralegals, litigation support staff, and other attorneys.
Requirements
● Licensed in Texas and in good standing with the Bar (NY or Florida licenses a strong plus).
● 3–5+ years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law.
● Demonstrated success in complex personal injury litigation.
● Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and trial presentation skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
● First-chair jury trial experience.
● Federal court licensure and/or appellate experience.
● Spanish language proficiency (a plus in the Texas market).
● Multi-jurisdiction litigation experience.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
