Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Pharmacist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Pharmacist will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing pharmaceutical care. Responsibilities include managing medication inventory, supervising pharmacy staff, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, and offering expert advice on drug usage and therapeutic effectiveness. The Senior Pharmacist will also collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care and promote safety.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacology, medication management, and drug interactions
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to patient safety
• Current licensure as a pharmacist in Egypt
• Advanced degree in Pharmacy or relevant field is preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or senior pharmacy role is an advantage
