What You'll Do:

• Write clean, testable, and efficient code while building prototypes and resolving performance issues.
• Design and implement robust APIs to power both mobile and web applications.
• Optimize and scale cloud-based distributed systems for maximum performance.
• Enhance web applications for speed, security, and scalability.
• Develop automated tests to ensure quality and support regression testing.
• Apply user-centric design principles to create seamless experiences.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest backend development trends & best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 5–6 years of proven experience in PHP development (Laravel expertise preferred).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and hands-on experience integrating them into mobile and web apps.
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Git/Sourcetree for version control.
• Strong experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and database management.
• Exposure to cloud platforms & distributed systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• A growth mindset with a passion for innovative, future-ready solutions.
