Web Developer (Adobe ColdFusion Developer)

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with hands-on expertise in Adobe ColdFusion, jQuery, and RESTful APIs to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust web applications and APIs. The role offers flexibility with on-site and remote working options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Adobe ColdFusion.
• Implement front-end functionalities with jQuery and modern JavaScript best practices.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless application communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and business analysts.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and adhere to coding standards.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe ColdFusion (latest versions preferred).
• Solid knowledge of jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design, development, and integration.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
