Senior Physiotherapist

India

Position: Senior Physiotherapist
Experience Required: 8–10 years
Qualification: BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) & MPT (Master of Physiotherapy)
Location: Bangalore ( Travel as per the requirement)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the physiotherapy program by assessing, diagnosing, and designing treatment plans for patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or chronic conditions.

· Provide physiotherapy interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation programs.

· Supervise, guide, and mentor junior physiotherapists, interns, and therapy assistants to ensure high-quality service delivery.

· Develop and implement specialized therapy programs for individuals and groups as per organizational needs.

· Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, special educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

· Maintain accurate records, monitor outcomes, and prepare necessary reports for program evaluation.

· Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and training programs on physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and preventive care.

· Stay updated with the latest techniques, therapies, and advancements in physiotherapy and integrate them into practice.

· Ensure program goals are met effectively while aligning with the organization’s mission and values.

· Coordinate with management to plan, review, and enhance program strategies

  • Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles, techniques, and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, train, and manage a therapy team
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
