Job Purpose

To drive enterprise-wide integration across multiple Lines of Business (LoBs) within ABCL by building a unified cross-sell ecosystem focused on unlocking the full revenue potential of existing B2B customers. The role is responsible for deepening CXO relationships, enabling multi-product penetration, institutionalizing enterprise referral frameworks, and driving collaboration-led business growth to deliver strategic revenue acceleration beyond standalone product sales.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Financial Metrics

  • Increase in enterprise cross-sell revenue across Lines of Business
  • Growth in average wallet share per enterprise customer
  • Qualified enterprise lead-to-conversion ratio

Customer Metrics

  • Number of enterprise accounts onboarded with multi-product solutions
  • CXO engagement index and strategic influence outcomes
  • Customer retention and advocacy score

Internal Process Metrics

  • Referral conversion percentage across LoBs
  • Adoption rate of enterprise program models and frameworks
  • Accuracy and timeliness of business dashboards and performance governance (>95% accuracy)
  • Reduction in turnaround time (TAT) for program execution and activation

Capability & Leadership Metrics

  • Percentage of stakeholders trained and enabled on enterprise/multi-product strategy
  • Cross-functional collaboration index across participating business units
  • Number of enterprise-led innovative solutions or frameworks implemented
  • Stakeholder engagement and alignment score (program participation, feedback, responsiveness)
