Senior Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

- Break down project scope into WBS and define activity sequences, durations, and dependencies.

- Prepare and maintain discipline-specific schedules for electrical, telecom, automation systems, and control center works.

- Ensure logical sequencing of activities for SRMU installation, field equipment deployment, and system integration.

- Support interface planning between site works and control Center readiness.

- Track progress against baseline schedules and update look-ahead plans.

- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards.

- Identify schedule variances and support mitigation planning.

- Assist in Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance analysis.

- Conduct schedule forecasting and scenario analysis.

- Support change control processes and maintain updated schedule baselines.

- Support audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives in planning and controls.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in project planning for Smart Grid Projects.

- Strong experience in Automation projects or control center projects with multi-system integration.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based reporting tools.

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
