Senior Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
▪ Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and revised schedules.
▪ Monitor project progress and analyze delays and risks.
▪ Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
▪ Coordinate with project teams to collect site progress data.
▪ Support project management in planning and control activities.
▪ Evaluate variations, extensions of time (EOT), and claims support.
▪ Ensure alignment between construction sequence and approved program.
▪ Participate in progress meetings with clients and consultants.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 7+ years of experience as Planning Engineer in construction and infrastructure projects.
✔ bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
✔ Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
✔ Experience in roads, infrastructure, and utilities projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress measurement, and delay analysis.
✔ Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations.
✔ Excellent coordination and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
✔ Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
