Senior Planning Engineer

• Prepares the program of works using latest planning software and technologies to ensure that the contracts’ requirements are met.
• Prepares the resource loading program. Monitors site activities throughout the construction process and updates the program of works. Issues look ahead schedule.
• Review of Subcontractor baseline schedules in accordance with the Scheduling Manual and project controls standards.
• Prepares and submits the KPIs and monthly reports for client and / or management.
• Analyses existing project delays and assesses potential claims. Identifies the potential delays and recommends avoidance strategies.
• Identifies critical activities or potential areas of concern. Coordinates with Project Management team as necessary
• Prepares recovery program in co-ordination with Project Manager if there is any delay in critical activity and submits for client review and approval.
• Prepares and submit the Extension of time claim.

Requirments:

• BA Degree in Civil Engineer/Archetict
• Minimum 10 years in construction within UAE / GCC.
• Proven experience in working on large projects for a reputed organization.
• Analytical thinking and methodical way of working with high emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
• problem solving mindset
• Meticulous and detail-oriented working style

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED25,000.00 per month
