Position Overview
Responsible for planning and overseeing the full program of works, monitoring progress, and maintaining a constraints register to ensure successful project delivery within time and budget.
Core Job Functions

Develop and maintain the baseline project program using appropriate planning techniques and logical sequencing in coordination with the Project Manager.

Prepare labour resource loading schedules within budget and coordinate with quantity teams to establish material requirements (phase-wise, area-wise, floor-wise).

Define engineering deliverables including drawings, materials, and method statements aligned with the project schedule and establish KPIs for monitoring.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

Track procurement and delivery of long-lead materials and highlight priorities.

Prepare and update short-term (3-week) and medium-term (3-month) look-ahead schedules.

Perform risk and probabilistic analysis on project timelines and identify potential deviations.

Monitor planned vs. actual progress and highlight delays, constraints, and corrective actions.

Record and analyze project efficiencies, delays, and performance metrics.
Selection Requirements

Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in planning and project execution.
