Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed tender programme in accordance with tender requirements.

Prepare manpower and equipment schedules in close collaboration with Tender Manager / Cost Estimator.

Work closely with the cost estimator in preparing the schedule on the duration, equipment and manpower.

Updating the tender schedule onto the online data base on regular basis.

Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers on the procurement and construction durations and ensure to be in line with the tender milestone requirements and highlight when we are not complying.

Understands tender/contractual conditions, scope & obligations (including estimation basis).

Understands project execution plan, work breakdown structure (WBS), activity sequence, priorities and planning logics & constraints.

Assist in the preparation of Project Planning Package and Project Specific Project Control Procedure.

Measure actual progress and monitor against planned.

Assist in periodic issuance of updated planning package, progress reports, monitoring package & production control tools in co-ordination and communication with various executing parties (Engineering, Procurement, Yards, Offshore and PMT).

Regular site visits for progress follow up.

Processes and analyse planning & project control related data.

Identify potential problems and areas of concern.
-
Provide necessary inputs for internal management / corporate level reports.

Compliance with PCS procedures and HSE Standards.

Attend site visits when required.
Qualifications/Experience:
-
Engineering Degree in Civil or an equivalent professional qualification.
-
Experience in Programme Management, Planning, Scheduling, and Monitoring & Controlling Projects by effective use of Project Management Software's such as P6 Primavera, MS Project and Spread Sheets.

Minimum 08 years of experience in similar role and industry.

Experience in heavy civil and infrastructure projects.
