We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Planning Executive – Factory Operations to help optimize our production workflows and ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, inventory levels, and available resources.
• Coordinate closely with production, procurement, inventory, and quality control teams to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor actual output against production targets; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain an updated production planning dashboard with lead times, work-in-progress (WIP), bottlenecks, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in capacity planning, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and material resources.
• Identify potential delays or disruptions in the production line and work with teams to develop contingency plans.
• Generate reports on production performance, plan adherence, and operational KPIs for management review.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure planning aligns with order delivery commitments and overall business goals.
• Use ERP systems for order tracking, material planning, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in production planning or factory operations.
• Prior experience in the furniture, woodworking, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/MRP systems, and production scheduling tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
