Production Manager – Food Industry

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production operations at our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production management, factory operations, process optimization, and team leadership to ensure high-quality output and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
• Lead and supervise production teams, providing training, motivation, and performance management.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce health & safety regulations across the production floor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of production management experience in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
