Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Head

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Incharge to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Production Incharge Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and organize production schedules to meet targets.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
• Supervise and motivate production staff, providing training as necessary.
• Maintain quality control standards and oversee product inspections.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely procurement of materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
