The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced people. We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking planning manager to join our established and growing team in Saudi.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Accountable for planning and scheduling on assigned projects or tenders.
• Ensures effective monitoring and control to support timely, profitable delivery.
• Supports project management in execution and performance tracking.
• Plans medium to high complexity projects or portfolios.
• Applies advanced planning/scheduling methods, tools, and techniques.
• Utilizes Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls methodologies.
• Communicates clearly with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Analyzes complex requirements and recommends corrective actions.
• Leads and develops a team of planning professionals.
• Influences client decisions through strong proposals and recommendations.
• Delivers planning services aligned with project/assignment needs.
• Maintains accountability for planning outcomes and team performance.

You’ll need to have:

• Significant experience in the use of planning techniques in a range of multi-disciplinary sectors.
• Degree educated, preferably in a construction/engineering discipline (or equivalent).
