Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Planning Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre to join our team!


In this role, you will lead the planning function across the full lifecycle of a fast-track hyperscale data center project with a capacity of 100–150MW. The project involves complex engineering, heavy utility demand, multiple contractor packages, and coordination with design consultants and stakeholders. This high-profile, mission-critical infrastructure program requires precision planning and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and manage the integrated master schedule using Primavera P6 (or equivalent).

  • Coordinate planning inputs from design consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Lead planning meetings and reporting cycles with stakeholders.

  • Interface with utility providers and regulatory bodies to align timelines.

  • Support claims analysis, change management, and forensic planning as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with project controls standards and governance.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • 10–15 years in planning roles, with at least 5 years in data centers, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting tools.

  • Strong understanding of hyperscale data center delivery, MEP-heavy environments, and utility coordination.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is requied. PMP or similar certification is a plus.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Experience in fast-track, multi-package delivery environments.

  • Familiarity with Middle East construction practices and regulatory frameworks.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving project demands.
