Senior Planning & Technical Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning & Technical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project planning, technical coordination, and ensuring timely, high-quality execution of all project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera (P6).
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
• Prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and Extension of Time (EoT) analyses.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate and updated schedule inputs.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical support to site teams and ensure alignment with planned sequences and methodologies.
• Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and client meetings.
• Participate in technical and planning meetings and support decision-making with accurate planning insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and project planning methodologies.
• Solid understanding of technical drawings, construction sequences, and engineering standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
