Senior Platform Product Owner

The role entails leading the Supply Chain execution charter focusing on multiple product modules (Order Management, Carrier Booking, Receiving).This will include cross capability collaboration, and deep understanding of supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy : Define, own, execute and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the charter's overall goals.

• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the supply chain management domain.

• Stakeholders : Collaborate with engineering, user experience, regional, and internal teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

• Adoption : Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring the product meets or exceeds their expectations (on the aligned KPIs).

• Execution Understanding : Engage with process experts to deliver the standardized solutions accounting for external and internal variables.
  

Skills & Experience:

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s de gree in business , Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field along with MBA (or advanced degree)

• Experience : 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years in Product Management domain (focus on supply chain products is must). This includes understanding of supply chain concepts of Vendor Booking, Carrier Booking, Shipping Instruction, Receiving, Billing etc.

• Technical Skills : Proficient in product management tools and methodologies (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Figma) with experience of working with tech teams. Familiarity with agile development processes is preferred.

• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (15+) and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
