Senior Plumber

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Plumber to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, installing, testing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, with strong expertise in booster pumps, pressure vessels, VFD systems, and related mechanical equipment.

This role requires a hands-on professional capable of supervising teams while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain complete plumbing systems.
• Execute water supply, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and hot & cold water systems.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings and prepare plumbing layouts and as-built drawings.
• Install, test, commission, and maintain plumbing fixtures, tanks, piping, and equipment.
• Install, operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain:
• Booster pumps
• Pressure vessels
• Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) systems
• Pump control systems
• Perform pressure testing, balancing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults including leaks, low pressure, blocked drains, and pump failures.
• Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and work schedules.
• Supervise plumbers and helpers to ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, and UAE regulations.
• Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures.

Required Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Plumbing or a related trade.
• Minimum 8 years of plumbing experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of:
• PPR
• uPVC
• CPVC
• GI piping
• HDPE
• Copper piping systems
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and facility maintenance projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
