About the Role

As a Senior Plumbing Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading residential plumbing systems. You’ll guide customers through solutions they can trust and deliver quality workmanship that lives up to our “Right Way” standard.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose plumbing issues and present homeowners with honest, effective solutions
• Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and system upgrades
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
• Mentor less experienced technicians and set the example for professional excellence
• Promote Goettl services that add value to homeowners

What You Bring

• At least 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid plumbing license (Journeyman or higher)
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
• Clean motor vehicle record and active driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined spaces
• Tech savvy with iPad/smartphone tools
• A committed, professional work history and a drive to grow
