Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Pool Construction Engineer / Specialist with strong expertise in high-end villa projects and swimming pool construction as a core specialization.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

5–7 years’ experience in swimming pool construction (fit-out / construction industry)

Strong knowledge of:

Pool MEP systems & coordination

Skimmer & overflow pool circulation systems

Waterproofing, tiling, and finishing works

Proven experience handling luxury villa projects

Ability to manage site execution, drawings, and subcontractors

Familiar with UAE authority approvals (DM / Trakhees)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end pool construction works

Coordinate with civil, MEP & fit-out teams

Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery

Manage testing, commissioning & handover
