Senior Pre-Sales IT and Service Architect

As a Senior Pre-Sales IT and Service Architect, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and client needs. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to design innovative IT solutions and services that meet customer requirements. Your insights will help drive sales, foster strong client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of tailored technology architectures. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored IT and service solutions.
• Design and architect comprehensive IT solutions, including infrastructure, cloud, security, and application services.
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry standards.
• Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals.
• Support the delivery team during the implementation phase to ensure solutions align with the original architecture.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Votre profil

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), networking, security, and enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical details into business value.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus.
