Looking for a motivated and passionate individual, who can anchor client engagements in transaction banking.

Provide support in functional, solution & commercial perspective in the Banking & Financial Services deals/opportunities and enable selling market-leading Banking Solutions focused on Intellect Corporate and Transaction Banking Products.

Anchor EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP/SOW along with demos and POCs for Cash management including Internet banking
-
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.

Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.

Ability to travel as needed
Key Roles & Responsibilities: -
-
Understand client business needs and requirements & proposing a solution for prospective customers by working closely with the Product solution experts, Sales & Consulting teams.
-
Utilize your domain expertise and the deep understanding of Intellect solutions to lead client Engagements and demonstrate value to win business

Conduct fit-gap analysis with banks to assess fitment between their requirements and the Intellect product suite
-
Anchor EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP/SOW along with demos and POCs for Cash management including Internet banking and work closely with Sales, Delivery, Technical, Product and Operations teams to ensure delivery of a high quality proposal.

Present the solution and value proposition to the customer

Conduct client demonstrations that are tailored to meet specific client requirements and business needs

Prepare Requirement and Functional specifications. Influence product development based on prospect interactions, market trends, local country requirements

Communicate product information, changes and direction to sales managers.

Understand current business/industry environment (financial services and banking) including relevant regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs.

Take a lead & help sales to drive business/increase revenue
-
Help the sales in Business development to increase the pipeline.
Key requirements Include:
-
9+ years of
Transaction banking
experience with a market leading institution e.g. product manager, business architect, operations head and/or IT solution support e.g. pre-sales, solution architecture, delivery or professional services experience
-
Should have strong domain knowledge on Transaction Banking- Payments, Collections & Receivables, Liquidity, Supply Chain Finance and Trade Finance

Preferable experience in
-
Global Corporate & Transaction Banking experience with Banking applications such as ACBS/Sungard (FIS), FLEXCUBE (Oracle), Finacle (Infosys), Globus/T24/IBIS (Temenos)

Payment processing experience with applications like GPP (Fundtech/Finastra), Clear2Pay (FIS),
Dovetail, ACI
-
Corporate Cash & Virtual Accounts Management with vendors like Tieto, Cashfac, Montran
-
Banking with applications like FLEXCUBE (Oracle), Finacle (Infosys), Globus/T24/IBIS (Temenos),

Experience leading regional/industry/architecture teams ,appropriate knowledge of methodologies and technology

Good understanding of the current and future digital transaction banking client requirements.

Ability to interact and deal with Senior Management and Senior stakeholders.

Ability to work in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.

Demonstrable experience articulating and documenting business requirements.
