- Client Engagement & Discovery:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and technical needs.
- Conduct technical workshops and discovery sessions with key stakeholders.
- Solution Design:
- Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures across infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, software, or other IT domains.
- Align technical solutions with customer requirements, business goals, and budget constraints.
- Technical Proposals & Presentations:
- Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, BoMs, and scopes of work.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure accurate and feasible solution development.
- Bid Support:
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with complete technical documentation.
- Coordinate proof-of-concept and solution demos when required.
AMC Support & Service Design
- Assist in scoping and pricing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for hardware, software, and systems integration.
- Design SLA-based service models including preventive maintenance, remote/on-site support, spare parts logistics, and escalation paths.
- Coordinate with internal support teams and third-party vendors to ensure AMC deliverables are clearly defined and achievable.
- Help maintain and renew AMC contracts by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a technical advisor and trusted partner to both internal sales teams and external clients.
- Liaise between sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Market & Product Expertise:
- Stay current on industry trends, vendor technologies, and competitor offerings.
