About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in Raised Access Flooring systems to join our team in the GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships and providing technical support throughout the sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across the GCC.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including tendering and contract negotiations.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements.


Client & Market Engagement


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (architects, consultants, contractors, project managers, procurement teams).
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients and consultants on raised access flooring solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to position products competitively.


Technical Support


  • Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to provide technical input on specifications, drawings, and compliance.
  • Support consultants with submittals, approvals, and compliance documentation.
  • Provide technical training to clients, distributors, and internal teams when required.


Project Support & Coordination


  • Coordinate with operations and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects.
  • Support in resolving technical issues on-site related to raised access flooring installation.
  • Ensure after-sales support and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction/building materials sector, preferably in Raised Access Flooring or Interior Fit-Out Solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC construction market, including consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills

  • Excellent technical understanding of raised access flooring systems, installation methods, and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the GCC.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
