The firm Aishani Partners has been recently founded by Ms. Aditi and Mr. Vikram (former equity partners of Ediplis Counsels, that is currently undergoing dissolution).

Role Summary
We are seeking experienced IP lawyers to join our team in senior positions, specializing in Trademarks, Copyrights and Designs (covering strategies for protection, prosecution, oppositions, rectifications, cancellations, and enforcement).

Key Details (Experience & Education)

• Experience: 5 to 6 years of IP domain expertise in the above-specified areas, preferably in an IP firm.
• Education: LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. is an added advantage).

Responsibilities include

• Contribute to the team’s strategy, consulting and practice requirements, independently and with minimum supervision;
• Coordinate with seniors and team members for managing work and client relationships;
• Oversee the work of juniors and paralegals in the team; review junior’s drafts and submissions being made to the Trademarks, Copyrights and Design Offices, and strategic email communications;
• Supervise assignment trackers to track and maintain timelines and deliverables;
• Prioritise assignments based on statutory timelines and client requirements;
• Make appearances before the respective IP Offices with confidence and ease.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
