Filing & prosecution of trademark applications

Handling oppositions, counter statements, replies & rejoinders

Managing client IP & trademark portfolios

Attending show cause hearings at Trademark Registry

Drafting legal notices, affidavits & basic agreements

Handling IP renewals and compliance deadlines

Client coordination on IP-related matters

Requirements:

LLB (3 or 5 years)

2+ years experience in IP / Trademark practice

Working knowledge of Indian Trademark Law

Good drafting & communication skills

Ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
