Intellectual Property Rights Executive

Key Responsibilities:

IP Portfolio Management

• Monitor and manage the company’s IP assets (patents, trademarks, copyrights).
• Ensure renewals, registrations, and filings are completed correctly and on time. Velvet Jobs

Protection & Enforcement

• Track potential unauthorized use or infringement of the company’s IP.
• Work with legal counsel on enforcement actions and disputes. Velvet Jobs

Legal & Strategic Support

• Draft, negotiate, or review IP-related contracts (licensing, transfers, NDAs).
• Provide guidance on avoiding infringement of others’ IP rights. Discover On My Way

Research & Monitoring

• Conduct patent, trademark, and IP landscape searches.

Policy & Compliance

• Help develop internal IP policies and procedures.

Training & Awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
