Senior / Principal Consultant - Asset Management

What are we looking for

AMCL is looking for a highly driven and ambitious individual to join the rapidly growing Transportation sector in the KSA team. We are seeking a Principal / Senior Asset Management Consultant to join our team in Jeddah, driving the delivery of a consultancy and transformation project for a high profile infrastructure organization - implementing its Asset Management System (AMS) and achieving.

Experience in airport facilities management (FM) and aviation infrastructure will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the role of infrastructure in the transformation of our economy and society and comfortable driving decisions at senior levels of client organizations. The Role

As a Principal / Senior Consultant within the KSA team you will be responsible for :

• Leading high profile client engagements with responsibility for the technical delivery, client relationship, profitability and other key project metrics
• Managing teams of consultants to achieve the best result for our clients and team
• Advising senior leaders and executives on how to shape their business and develop their internal capabilities
• Developing, leading and managing key activities to assess and develop an asset management system to achieve ISO compliance
• Providing subject matter expertise in operations, maintenance, risk and investment planning
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops and capability assessments
• Authoring and reviewing AMS documentation, governance frameworks and lifecycle processes
• Supporting performance management frameworks and regulatory alignment
• Delivering knowledge transfer and training to build JEDCO's internal capability
• Advising on airport FM best practices for asset lifecycle optimisation

Qualifications

• A strong track record of working in Asset Management, preferably within aviation infrastructure or advisory services
• An excellent academic background in Engineering, Business, Finance or other relevant subjects
• Experience in managing two or more projects concurrently, delivering projects or tasks on time and to budget
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic desirable)
• Strong commercial awareness
• Analytical, organisational and problem solving skills in either consulting or asset intensive organisations for senior stakeholders
• Ability to balance competing needs and manage time and workload effectively
• Willingness to travel to better serve our clients and their interests
