Job Description:

The Senior Principal Engineer, Solutions Architecture provides advanced technical and business‑consultative expertise to customers during both pre‑sales and post‑sales phases. This role leads the design, development, and implementation of large‑scale, complex IT architectures that align with customer business goals. Acting as a technical thought leader, the Senior Principal Engineer translates business and technical requirements into comprehensive solution designs, guides customer engagements, and contributes to the development of organizational strategies, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to design and implement new IT solutions or modernize existing environments.
• Develop integrated, end‑to‑end technology solutions that support customer strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
• Translate customer business and technical requirements into detailed architectures, system designs, and solution blueprints for complex, large‑scale engagements.
• Provide technical leadership during pre‑sales activities, including solution scoping, architecture validation, and customer presentations.
• Support post‑sales delivery by guiding implementation teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and customer expectations.
• Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives that support product, solution, or business objectives.
• Apply deep technical expertise across multiple specialized domains to solve customer challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions to long‑term goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand solution offerings, drive innovation, and support business growth.
• Evaluate complex customer environments, propose modernization strategies, and ensure architectural integrity across all solution components.
• Provide guidance on methods, frameworks, and technology selection for achieving desired outcomes.
• Make decisions that influence the broader function, applying independent judgment when navigating ambiguous or intangible technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution roadmaps, and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, sales, product, and delivery, to support successful customer engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Broad, advanced expertise across highly specialized technical fields or multiple related disciplines.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering large‑scale, complex IT solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable and integrated technical architectures.
• Demonstrated leadership in developing company objectives, architectural principles, and best practices.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills for solving complex and ambiguous problems.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in selecting methodologies, technologies, and evaluation criteria.
• Effective communication and customer‑facing skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience guiding both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities across multiple solution domains.
