Senior Process Excellence Specialist

Job Purpose:
Process Excellence Senior Specialist reports to the Process Excellence Manager and will have primary responsibility for the development and maintenance of quality standards and documentation and helps an organization monitor its project compliance against defined standards and helps define, evaluate, plan, and implement related processes in business and technical domains and practices.

Job Description:

• Develop the planning and executing process improvement projects.
• Assists in consulting on re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product
• quality.
• Maintains and updates all process-related documents for reference purposes.
• Maintain QMS records (Process Maps, Templates, Forms and Audit Checklists).
• Preparing training material, and Train resources in process-related activities and improvement
• techniques.
• Conduct formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle and monitor conformance with QA standards and procedures.
• Audits different process areas with process owners.
• Assists in Monitoring process performance and improvements in key metrics through compiling and
• tracking data.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Years of experience: 5+ years of Experience.
• Specific Technical and practical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, including Visio, six sigma, and
• process improvement techniques and Root cause analysis tools.
• Business, Market & Industry Knowledge: IT Service/Software
