Senior Procurement Analyst - Data Analytics & CP MIS

The Senior Procurement Analyst will drive data accuracy, generate key procurement reports, and lead digital transformation to improve analytics and efficiency. This role collaborates across teams, manages ad hoc insights, and ensures compliance through structured documentation. Candidates bring at least 7 years of procurement MIS experience, strong SAP and data visualization skills, and clear communication abilities.

• We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Procurement Analyst to support our compression business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Generating and maintaining procurement reports and dashboards, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and delivery metrics tailored to compression-related purchasing activities.
• Driving data accuracy and consistency across procurement systems to support strategic decision-making.
• Leading and supporting digital transformation initiatives aimed at automating reporting workflows and enhancing procurement analytics.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and implement digital tools that improve visibility and efficiency.
• Managing ad hoc reporting requests and ensuring timely delivery of insights aligned with business priorities.
• Contributing to continuous improvement by analysing procurement processes and recommending data-driven enhancements
• Support compliance and audit readiness through structured documentation and standardized reporting practices

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Non Engineering field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in procurement MIS activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Power Point for data analysis and presentation
• Practical experience with SAP for procurement and supply chain processes
• Working experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly across teams and customers globally
