We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to manage, negotiate, and optimize the procurement of materials, services, and subcontracted works for Facilities Management projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have solid FM industry experience in KSA and a proven track record of vendor management, cost control, and strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s operational and financial objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and vendor onboarding.
  • Review project specifications, BOQs, technical drawings, and service requirements to ensure accurate purchase planning.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers, subcontractors, and service partners; maintain approved vendor lists.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
  • Prepare RFQs/RFPs, analyze quotations, and ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service SLAs.
  • Ensure procurement activities adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
  • Track and report procurement performance metrics including cost savings, supplier performance, lead times, and quality metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, contracts, warehouse, and maintenance) to ensure smooth procurement workflow.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation management for all procurement activities.
  • Assist in resolving supplier disputes, delivery issues, warranty claims, and replacement requests.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 4 years in Facilities Management in KSA.
  • Strong understanding of FM service delivery, maintenance materials, MEP spare parts, consumables, tools, and outsourced service providers.
  • Proven experience in tendering, contract evaluation, and vendor negotiation.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement systems.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and cost-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Must be currently based in KSA and familiar with the market.
  • Valid KSA Driving License is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
