Required Qualifications
:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering,
-
Having sufficient technical knowledge to make technical purchasing, being able to interpret ground reports and mechanical projects, and having the technical ability to evaluate whether the offers received are suitable for the project needs,

Clear determination of subcontractor scopes, ability to negotiate and carry out agreements,
-
Keeping track of progress payments by monitoring site operations,
-
Extensive experience working in the purchasing department in the operations and office area,
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize information succinctly and provide details necessary to complete tasks,
-
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be willing to communicate regularly face-to-face and by phone with internal stakeholders and suppliers,

Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to work across multiple software platforms,

Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment,

Strong reporting skills,

Job Descriptions:

Being responsible for purchasing subcontractor services required for the installation of PV projects and purchasing all services received from 3rd parties for the project,
-
To obtain offers from local manufacturers for the supply of small materials required for the project,
-
Preparing an RFQ by checking the work required for the installation of the project,
-
Monitoring project timelines and placing purchase orders to meet delivery requirements,
-
Receiving offers and analyzing offers,
-
Having the capability to technically review offers,
-
Effectively leading continuous improvement projects,
-
Ensuring that purchased product costs and Master Agreements are created and maintained correctly in ERP,
-
Monitor and guide the supplier's OTD performance using the open p/o report,
-
Engaging corporate quality, business unit(s) and suppliers in the First Product Inspection process (FAI) to support product changes,
-
Effectively manage supplier selection to meet quality, service, delivery, cost, risk mitigation and supplier capabilities to meet requirements,

Hosting supplier project meetings and publishing meeting notes that include action items, deadlines, and ownership,

Actively negotiating with suppliers to resolve quality, delivery, price or service discrepancies,

Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements,

Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers,

Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers,

Managing to ensure timely delivery of goods/services,

Processing purchase orders to purchase goods/services,

Ship goods/services abroad and complete customs clearance,

Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company,

Participate in meetings with the engineering team, vendors and suppliers.
