, you will play a pivotal role in the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of civil materials, equipment, and subcontracted works. This position involves managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with project quality, standards, and specification requirements.
Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
Receive Offers:

Receive technical and financial offers from vendors for civil materials, equipment, and services.

Ensure all received offers are complete and meet project requirements.
Comparison Schedules:

Prepare comprehensive schedules comparing technical and financial aspects of vendor and subcontractor offers.

Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the most suitable vendors and partners.
Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate contract conditions with civil subcontractors and suppliers.

Ensure favorable terms and conditions align with project goals and budget constraints.
Purchase Order Issuance:

Issue purchase orders in accordance with finalized agreements.

Follow up on supplier and subcontractor payments, ensuring adherence to financial and contractual terms.
Quality and Specification Compliance:

Procure civil materials and systems that comply with project quality and specification requirements.

Ensure adherence to project standards, specifications, and applicable codes.
Timely Delivery:

Ensure timely delivery of civil materials and subcontracted works to support the construction schedule.

Coordinate closely with project teams to align procurement activities with the approved work program.
Supplier and Subcontractor Relations:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Address issues proactively to sustain strong and reliable partnerships.
Qualifications and Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

4–7 years of experience in civil procurement within the construction industry.

Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
