Senior Procurement Officer

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Officer with strict experience in the construction field, preferably in swimming pool construction and landscaping projects. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services that meet our project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors specializing in swimming pool and landscaping materials.
• Develop procurement strategies tailored to project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and site engineers for material planning.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company standards and project deadlines.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Track market trends in construction and landscaping to secure competitive pricing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ proven procurement experience in the construction industry (mandatory).
• Prior experience in swimming pool construction and landscaping projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction and landscaping materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
