Job Title: Sr. Procurement Officer (Solar)

Role Overview:

Responsible for end-to-end procurement, planning, and supply chain management of materials and equipment for S olar and Renewable Energy projects is a must . Ensures timely, cost-effective sourcing, compliance with ISO/QMS/SASO standards, and alignment with project and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and manage local and international suppliers; maintain vendor records in SAP.
• Strong knowledge of local & international suppliers for Solar and Renewable Energy equipment ( e.g., Solar Materials, PV Modules, Cables, Mounting Structures ).
• Lead procurement negotiations, renew supplier contracts, and establish framework agreements.
• Analyze supplier bids for technical and commercial compliance; provide market intelligence and cost benchmarks.
• Process and track purchase orders, shipments, and customs clearances in coordination with logistics.
• Align procurement plans with project timelines, cash flow, and site requirements.
• Reconcile supplier accounts, schedule payments, and ensure advance settlements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO/QMS, and SASO standards; support audits and drive process improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years’ experience in procurement or materials management, preferably in Solar, Photovoltaic or Renewable Energy .
• Strong knowledge of local & international suppliers and renewable energy equipment ( e.g., PV modules, cables, mounting structures ).
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and planning skills.
• Fluency in English & Arabic.
