Provide visionary leadership to the support services team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Leadership

Oversee the formulation and implementation of comprehensive support services strategies that align with DACO’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.

Provide visionary leadership to the support services team, ensuring their efforts align with broader organizational objectives.

Drive the establishment, monitoring, and evaluation of strategic KPIs to measure the impact and continuous improvement of support services activities.

Develop and Deploy support services initiatives to drive the Organization towards the company’s Objectives as well as the kingdom’s vision.

Operational Excellence

Oversee the strategic application and compliance of support services policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.

Lead the development and maintenance of the organizational structure for support services, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in general services, and local content to enhance operational capability and efficiency.

Oversee the integration and management of support services information systems to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Lead the evaluation and enhancement of support services processes through regular review and feedback mechanisms to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure workplace environment.

Lead the development and implementation of the annual procurement plan, ensuring alignment with strategic sourcing initiatives, monitoring contract performance, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Oversee and manage office-related services, including administration, reception, access control, and safety measures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining inventory of furniture and equipment to meet organizational needs.
Stakeholder Management

Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, industry partners, and service providers.

Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of support services initiatives with organizational goals and benchmark performance.

Communicate strategic updates and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders regarding support services initiatives and compliance.
Team Leadership and Development

Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and development for the support services team to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Oversee the creation of strategic training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the support services team.

Set strategic performance expectations, deliver executive-level feedback, and conduct evaluations to ensure the team meets organizational objectives.
Risk and Compliance Management

Lead the strategic development and implementation of governance and compliance strategies, ensuring consistent application of support services policies and frameworks.

Ensure regulatory compliance, proactively addressing any deviations or non-compliance issues.

Develop and deploy strategy and policies to mitigate and/or eliminate any support services risks.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Champion the adoption of new technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation in support services practices.

4.Education Background
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Science, Finance or equivalent.
5.
Relevant Experience
Minimum 19 years of total experience, minimum 6 years in support services & leadership.
