🔎 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Buyer to support global procurement operations, manage end-to-end P2P processes, contract administration, and tactical sourcing activities. This role supports high-volume periods during month-end, quarter-end, and Q4.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Procurement Operations (Purchase to Pay cycle)
• Manage Purchase Orders, Contracts, Vendor setup, and payment processes
• Run complete RFx (RFI/RFQ/RFP/RFT) cycles & support eAuctions
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, IT & Global Procurement teams
• Negotiate contracts, amendments, and manage scope changes
• Support Category Strategy & Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models
• Manage vendor relationships & performance measurement
• Perform spend analysis, reporting, data analysis & compliance checks

• RFx Management

• Blocked Invoice Resolution
• ERP Tools: Oracle PeopleSoft & Coupa (P2P modules)
• Strong data analysis, reporting & documentation skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication
