Senior Product & Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Product & Business Development Specialist at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker and self-starter with strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• 4 to 6 years experience in product & business development
• Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills; with a track record of gaining consensus for product strategies
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varied backgrounds
• Good command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• General knowledge of fintech models and APIs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and articulate the company's product vision and strategy
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities and challenges
• Collaborate closely with development, Design, and other teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products
• Create and follow tasks on Jira or other project management tools
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business objectives, customer value, and technical feasibility
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and gather feedback to inform iterative improvements and optimize product strategies
• Manage end to end 3rd party relationships including initiation processes and implementation of services
• Prepare strategic and update presentations for c-level meetings
