Senior Product Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and strategic Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Arib, a leading digital brokerage platform in the fintech sector. In this role, you will take full ownership of the product design process — from discovery to delivery — to create intuitive, impactful, and scalable experiences for our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business to ensure our design vision drives both customer satisfaction and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

·      End-to-End Product Design: Lead the entire design process from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery.

·      User Research & Insights: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points, and translate insights into actionable design decisions.

·      Experience Mapping: Create user journeys, flows, and information architecture that simplify complex processes, especially in financial services workflows.

·      Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low- to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, ensuring clarity and usability across all devices.

·      Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design direction with business goals and technical feasibility.

·      Design Systems: Build, maintain, and evolve our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.

·      Data-Driven Design: Use analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to iterate and optimize designs post-launch.

·      Mentorship: Guide and mentor mid-level and junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.

·      Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and comply with fintech industry regulations.

Job Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or any relevant field.

·      5–7 years of experience in end-to-end product design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or complex web/mobile platforms.

·      Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects with measurable impact.

·      Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.

·      Proven experience designing for complex workflows and multi-step process

·       Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design.

·      Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments.

·      Prior experience in financial services, lending platforms, or digital banking products is a plus.
