Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join a cutting-edge team that is working on some of the most exciting products being launched in the Kingdom. This role is for experienced product managers who have a track record of managing and leading high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with company objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements, specifications, and release plans.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to manage product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Qualifications:

• • 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital products.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases your design process and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
