🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with our UX researcher to explore competitors, customer behavior, and industry trends, and turn these insights into actionable design decisions.
• Take part in user research and testing, from exploring problems to validating solutions, with the support of our UX researcher and sometimes hands-on.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure your designs align with Snoonu’s design system and brand guidelines, while having the freedom to suggest and drive improvements where they make sense.
• Partner closely with developers to make sure designs are implemented smoothly and look amazing in the app.
• Review how features perform after launch and keep improving them over time.
• Contribute to our evolving design system together with other designers, making sure it grows in step with product needs.
• Contribute ideas that shape where our services go next.
  
  

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• You have 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in e-commerce or apps with multiple services.
• You’ve worked on mobile app designs and know your way around iOS and Android design guidelines.
• You’re a pro in Figma, comfortable with prototypes, components, and all the latest tools.
• You approach problems with a strong UX mindset, and you also care about UI craft, paying attention to detail and overall aesthetics. An eye for micro-interactions and motion is welcome.
• You’re comfortable using research, usability testing, and feedback to guide your decisions, in collaboration with a UX researcher or sometimes hands-on.
• You’re great at explaining your design decisions and collaborating with others, and you’re easy to work with.
• You’re organized and proactive: you notice issues in processes and in the product, speak up, and suggest improvements, knowing that the team will support you.
• You’re happy staying hands-on in design rather than shifting into management, and you like generating ideas, whether from a ready brief or your own initiative.
• You speak English fluently (B2 or higher).

Inside The Design Team

You’ll be joining Snoonu’s Product Design team, a group of 14+ designers working across our Super App and supporting services. The team covers everything from customer-facing features like ordering, payments, and loyalty, to merchant and operations tools.

We work closely with product managers, developers, and researchers in cross-functional squads. Each designer is embedded in a product team, while also contributing to shared initiatives like the design system and UX audits.

You’ll join a team of designers who support each other, share knowledge generously, and work together to raise the quality of design across the ecosystem.
