Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead core strategies for user acquisition and engagement via the platform’s Rewards Center to drive growth among new and existing users.
2. Design and implement viral referral features to motivate users to recruit others and amplify acquisition.
3. Build and scale Rewards Center products across Web, H5, and mobile app platforms, ensuring a cohesive, platform-wide experience.
4. Design the full user journey and product experience for H5 traffic sources, optimizing conversion across the H5 platform.
5. Architect standardized frameworks for the platform’s new listing (“newlisting”) product offerings.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on front-end user experience products, traffic conversion products, or acquisition-focused growth products.
2. Proven strategies and methodologies for converting high-traffic demand into actionable user engagement.
3. Experience designing platform-level products that seamlessly integrate front-end and back-end product workflows in a closed feedback loop.
4. Strong execution skills and high productivity; capable of working effectively under significant pressure.
