As the Brand and Marketing Lead, you will drive the development, positioning, and consistency of the Al Dahra brand across global markets. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring Al Dahra’s corporate identity reflects its values, mission, and strategic direction while elevating its visibility across traditional and digital platforms. This position blends strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external agencies.
Brand Strategy, Positioning & Development

Develop and implement the global branding strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and sustainability values. Drive brand competitiveness across all business categories and key markets.

Act as brand guardian—ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all business units and communication channels.

Regularly audit brand application across materials, platforms, events, and touchpoints; update brand guidelines as needed.

Support internal brand engagement, including employee brand awareness and ambassador programs.

Lead and manage internal branding initiatives that align employees with brand values and purpose.
Marketing Planning & Campaigning

Lead the creation and rollout of integrated marketing plans (global and regional) to support business objectives, product visibility, and strategic partnerships.

Build and execute high-impact B2B and B2C marketing strategies and programs tailored to international markets.

Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns from concept to completion, including brand activation efforts.

Evaluate campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Promotion, Lead Generation & Marketing Collateral

Design and implement promotional initiatives that support brand growth, lead generation, and market engagement.

Oversee the production of high-quality marketing collateral and assets such as brochures, videos, presentations, merchandise, and more.

Ensure marketing assets are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
Digital & Content Marketing

Partner with internal stakeholders to grow Al Dahra’s digital presence, experience and footprint across all platforms.

Develop and execute innovative content promotion strategies across digital and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and strengthen market positioning
Sponsorships, Events & Community Program Activation

Manage branding and marketing efforts for corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community initiatives.

Coordinate public and corporate event marketing to enhance Al Dahra’s visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Develop and activate sponsorships and community programs aligned with corporate and brand goals.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Partner closely with the Director of Communications & Sustainability to align messaging across marketing, branding, communications, and ESG storytelling.

Collaborate with HR, Commercial, and Product teams to support recruitment branding, product marketing, and B2B, B2C sales enablement.

Manage relationships with external agencies, creative studios, and freelancers to ensure effective and timely delivery of branding and marketing assets.
Experience & Skills

10+ years of progressive experience in branding and marketing, preferably in a multinational, agriculture, FMCG, or sustainability-focused company or equivalent in agency network.

Proven track record in brand strategy development, campaign delivery, and digital content creation.

Demonstrated experience across the full marketing mix, including brand positioning, lead generation, internal branding, and sponsorship activation.

Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing in international and emerging markets.

Experience managing agency relationships, budgets, and cross-functional projects.

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
